Booking online is highly recommended to ensure the time slot you wish. Walk-ins are possible but very limited.
Where is Animal Café Puerto Rico?
We are located at 351 Calle Fortaleza Old San Juan PR 00901, next to Escape Room Puerto Rico.
Are there any age restrictions?
There is no age restriction, but children must be accompanied by at least one adult. Regardless of age, all participants must have a reservation.
When should I arrive and how long does the experience take?
The whole experience usually takes 1 hour. Be sure you arrive on time! Leave time to find parking and find our location. If you arrive after the reserved time, you will have less time to interact with he animals, and there are no refunds or exchanges permitted.
Can I pick up the animals?
No, you are not allowed since because they can get scared. However, they are very friendly and if you stretch your legs, they may step up onto you.
Is it possible to bring food/drink into the cafe?
No, it is not possible to bring food/drink from outside the café.
Is there a parking lot?
No, but there are several parking lots nearby. Doña Fela is close and cost effective.
Can I take photos and videos inside the cafe?
Take as many photos and videos as you like. Just please refrain from using flash.
