Please follow these rules for your safety and the well-being of our animals:
• The reservation includes a beverage and 45 minutes of bonding with the animals.
• Upon arrival and departure, please disinfect your hands with disinfectants.
• Keep the entrance door closed at all times.
• Please follow the instructions presented by our employees.
• Do not pick up animals, only softly pet and feed them. Be patient and wait until they come up to you on their own. Also, do not touch their mouth as they might bite.
• Please do not touch the glass of our aquariums, terrariums, and cages.
• We kindly ask you not to switch tables.
• Please do not disturb sleeping animals, avoid loud noises and fast movements, and always be gentle.
• You are allowed to take pictures without using flash.
• If you come early or late, the payment will still be charged based on the original booking.
• We do not take any responsibility nor liability for any damage or loss caused as part of the experience.
